While searching for a place to buy land, I searched for Transformers and ended up at the landmark I'll send you. The lady in the shop turned out to be a member of the Justice League Unlimited group where I'm also a member. Here are the relevant portions of the conversation:

[8:07]  Ta Moxie: they just changed rental systems recently
[8:07]  Ta Moxie: the old one wouldn't IM you when it was due
[8:07]  Ta Moxie: Rosuto Kanami is the manager

[8:31]  Ta Moxie: there is another maker but hers are laggy as all hell
[8:31]  Ta Moxie: pure alpha swap, way too many prims

[8:32]  Ta Moxie: huge, well articulated, but laggy as all hell

[8:33]  Ta Moxie: Tia's are cool, she's a damned good scripter so features abound
[8:33]  Ta Moxie: in fact she's my business partner and scripts all my stuff
